

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2/3 cup pistachio milk
- Ice
Chocolate Foam
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp dairy free whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add hot water. Whisk it together in a zigzag motion.
- Add honey to the matcha mixture and mix well with a spoon. Set aside.
- To make the foam, use a hand held frother to beat the ingredients until thick and frothy (just enough so you can pour).
- Fill 1/3 of the glass with ice.
- Pour the milk into the glass and add the matcha mixture.
- Top off the drink with the chocolate foam and dust with cocoa powder.
